Your Summer Guide to the Margaret River Region

Renowned for its world class wineries, microbreweries and stunning landscapes – the Margaret River Region is bursting with exciting adventures for the whole family this summer.

Think picturesque turquoise beaches, outstanding local produce, forest walk trails and of course afternoon chardonnays… bliss! Join us for a few of our favourite spots.

While you’re sightseeing and feasting your way through this stunning region, be sure to visit our family owned and run cellar door and café – located centrally and a short drive from Dunsborough, Vasse and Busselton. We’ll take you through our estate-grown wines, after which you can order a glass and enjoy a leisurely stroll around our vineyard, possibly accompanied by any one of our resident farm animals.

Meelup Beach

A very special place that literally takes our breath away every single time we visit. The beaches within the Meelup Regional Park (pictured above) are truly breath-taking – from Castle Rock, Meelup Beach, Point Picquet to Eagle Bay you won’t be disappointed with the white sand, stunning red rocks and absolutely perfect turquoise water.

Our tip – take a picnic to enjoy in-between swims.

Busselton Jetty

Busselton Jetty

The iconic Busselton Jetty is at the centre of the bustling Busselton foreshore – definitely a spot you don’t want to miss if you’re travelling to the South West with kids. You can walk the jetty and take in the glorious ocean air 1.8km out to sea or alternatively if the kids aren’t up for the walk, there’s a train which departs regularly.

Our tip – always be on the watch for dolphins!

Origins Market

A brilliant market hub in the centre of Busselton allowing you to connect with local producers. The stalls within Origins Market are a wonderful showcase of what the South West has to offer – there’s wineries, breweries, farmers, artisan chocolate and cheese and everything in between. It’s a wonderful spot to get an idea of what our stunning region has to offer.

Our tip – walk away with enough produce to make a picnic hamper for tomorrow!

Beer Farm

Always a favourite amongst the locals and visitors alike – you can’t go wrong with the Beer Farm! The beers are on point, the food is outstanding and there’s always a buzzing atmosphere.

Our tip – make sure you stay for lunch!

And finally, once your sightseeing is at an end, grab a chilled bottle of Lentedal Chardonnay or Blanc de Blanc, kick back and enjoy.
