Hand picked in the cool of the early morning, this brut style sparkling has been crafted using only our premium Chardonnay grapes. Fermented in bottle and aged on lees for 12 months, this elegant Blanc De Blanc is creamy and refreshing.
Made with tempranillo grapes, our rosé is a beautiful pale salmon pink with peach highlights, boasting vibrant tropical fruits on the nose coupled with delicate floral notes of Tahitian lime zest and strawberries.
The palate is of delicate strawberries and a smooth acid line, coupled with a creamy edge of peach sherbet flowing through the front and mid-palate. Strawberries and cream coat the palate.
This rosé entices with its moreish approachability and citrus vibrancy, leaving a delicate musk lolly perfume on the back palate – immediately demanding more!
2023 Margaret River Wine Show – Bronze Medal
The weather and growing conditions of our 2022 vintage has resulted in our Nebbiolo having a complex blend of aroma with hints of ripe glazed cherries, hessian and Moroccan spices. It shows varietal distinct acidity and mouth watering tannins, with intense berry flavours and complex savoury and spicy notes. These Nebbiolo characteristics will see it develop further layers of flavour and should age gracefully for many years.

Unconstrained by the red tape of appellation, the Australian winemaking tradition has exploited the cross-regional blend of the Bordeaux and Rhône grapes to combine their different virtues into a wine that, at its best, is greater than the sum of its parts. In 1962, Bin 60A Cabernet Shiraz blend was regarded as the best red wine ever made in Australia and due to its low selling price was dubbed the “poor man’s Grange”. It was the product of dry land, low-yielding Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon and Barossa Valley Shiraz. Lentedal’s ‘Shed Red’ is literally made in our cellar door shed and is currently one of our most popular wines. Co-fermented using 54% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and 46% Shiraz grapes by weight, our wine has evolved aromatic complexity, yet still-youthful vigour. Supple, pure, dark cherry fruit, fine savoury balance and structure: Smooth to drink now or if you can wait, will be spectacular in 3-4 years. Best paired with grilled or roast beef, barbecue ribs, spicy sausages, kangaroo and a strong hard or a mellow blue cheese.
